Do you offer a written contract?
Yes we do. Our contracts are not just a guarantee of the service you receive, it also protects you and the company as it is valid in any court of law.
Will you be the DJ/photographer/videographer at our wedding?
We have many Dj’s, Photographers & Videographers for you to choose from. Or, if you prefer, we can pick for you. We ensure you’ll receive exemplary service no matter which professional you have.
May we meet our DJ/photographer/videographer before we sign a contract?
Absolutely. You can meet with your professional via Zoom, in person or chat on the phone.
How long will you hold our date for us?
Your date will be held as long as other customers don’t request us. If another customer requests your date, we’ll contact you first to give you the opportunity to leave a deposit. Your deposit guarantees your date.
How long have you been a DJ/photographer/videographer and how many weddings have you done?
Combined, we’ve been in the business 42 years.
Has the DJ/photographer/videographer worked at your venue in the past? If not, will they coordinate their needs with the venue?
We have been to many venues over the years. If there is a venue we’re not familiar with, we always arrive 2-3 hours prior to the start of the wedding/reception.
What type of music genre do they have?
We have all genres of music. If there’s anything we don’t have, we speak to our customers 1-2 weeks prior to the wedding/reception to allow for time.
How does the DJ get your guests dancing and excited?
We use what we call a: FAIL SAFE TECHNIQUE.” This technique has been used since we’ve been in business and we’re happy to say it has NEVER failed.
Do you have a sample demo CD of songs from a previous weddings?
When you click on a DJ, Photographer or Videographer, you’ll see & hear samples of their work.
Does the DJ/photographer/videographer take breaks? If so, what happens during this time?
We typically take breaks during dinner. However, we’re still available to our customers even during dinner.
Can the DJ act as an emcee announcing the wedding party, bouquet toss, first dance and other announcements?
Our Dj’s typically do it all. If you prefer to have a Dj & an MC, that will be available at your request.
What does the Dj/photographer/videographer wear?
We always dress for the occasion. Casual dress to suit & tie.
What is the charge to go overtime?
All of our contracts are based on a “Up to 5 hour minimum” Any time past the 5 hour period is $75.00 for every half hour.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes we do. Currently, payments can be made with Cash, checks, Zelle, GPay, Venmo or FB Messenger. Periodic payments can be made using these platforms. Final payment must be made 1 week prior to the wedding/reception date.
Do you require a meal?
Meals are not required. We do ask however if our professionals are not being offered a meal, please let us know in advance.
Do you have insurance coverage?
Yes. Our insurance is with RV Nuccio & Associates.
How far in advance do you need to book the wedding & reception?
You can book as far in advance as you like.
When does the company need your final payment?
One week prior to the event date.
